So far my experience on the booking end is turning into a small nightmare. We are less than 20 days out from when we are supposed to leave and have not gotten any information on our flight, hotel, transportation etc.

Customer service is pretty unresponsive and it's like pulling teeth to get an e-mail or call back for our itinerary. It is my first time travel so far out of the U.S.

and all my concerns either seem to be swept under the rug like they could care less. It's disappointing since this is a dream destination of mine, I can only hope the trip itself is better than the service I have gotten so far.
