I was not allowed to board the fourth segment of roundtrip flights from LAX to India for an Indus tour. The tickets were provided by Indus but they would not make the Airline refund the charge for a new segment ticket (which cost as much as the entire round trip).

I was left stranded in the middle east - Abu Dhabi - without my bags or any visas and told to go to Dubai to buy airfare home. Indus claimed they had no recourse, apparently not even to represent their customer. To contact the airline = Etihad = myself. The airline said they understood I was unhappy and the case was closed.

No response from either company after that.

The airline complaint website is "in progress" and there doesn't even seem to be any laws that regulate how they process passengers. If they decide a to close the gate to transit passengers its your loss.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Tour variety, Toyur variety.

I didn't like: Segment of the air ticket was not honored, Customer service for my refund, I had to purchase a new ticket segment.
