Had a MAJOR problem getting answers from Lavina, some emails were never answered, very poor response from Mexitours when I wanted info as to when the group meets (got 3 different answers), left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing, asked how many in the tour, said 6 (it was 13), asked if it was bilingual- said no - it was.Leader had never led a bilingual tour - FUN!.
In final documents (3 weeks prior to departure) I found out the tour was bilingual-would never have booked!!Unless you want a very frustrating tour I suggest you spend your money with a reliable, upfront company.
